Safe Environment

 

All Saints Catholic Church and School both follow the Diocese of Wichita Safe Environment Program. The program is designed to help protect the youth, elderly, and vulnerable adults of our parish as they participate in activities within our community. The process of protecting the vulnerable also serves to provide a layer of protection against the possibility of false accusations for those adults who are involved in our many ministries.

According to diocesan policy, all catechists, catholic school volunteers or youth ministry volunteers must:

1. Submit a background check,

2. Read & sign the Code of Ethical Standards

3. Read & sign the Policy on Suspected Abuse of Children

4. Complete the program for VIRTUS certification
