All Saints Simplified Tithing

Simplified Tithing is an opportunity to give your tithe (your gifts of treasure) to All Saints Catholic Church without having to worry about bringing an envelope, check or cash to Mass. It is completely confidential and you don’t have to worry about whether the person next to you sees the amount on your envelope in the basket.

Funds in the amount you specify are withdrawn from your checking or savings account according to the form you submit, (see other side). All Saints Catholic Church cannot change the amount or the frequency without your written consent and you may cancel the withdrawals at any time.

We will be using Simplified Tithing (also called EFT or Electronic Funds Transfer) as an option for the payment of our Sunday Offertory as well as for the Building Maintenance fund for your convenience. This program is entirely optional and you do not have to participate if you do not wish. However, we have been receiving more and more requests for this as more people use Online Bill Pay and other services to manage their finances. Whether you participate in Simplified Tithing or not, we will continue to send you monthly envelopes as we have in the past so you may witness your commitment to stewardship to others. How does Simplified Tithing Benefit You?

• Your stewardship Pledge is moved into action.
• You determine the frequency of your gift - weekly, semi-monthly, bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly.
• You no longer have to write checks, saving you time and per check fees.
• You can increase or decrease your amount at any time.
• You pay no fees to participate in this program.
• Your gift is given consistently, so your gift is still given if you are on vacation, attend Mass at another church, etc.
• You can move closer to the Biblical tithe through planned, committed, consistent giving.
• Your monthly bank statement is a reminder of your stewardship commitment.
