Fr. Hien's Weekly Letter 12/05/21

My Dear Parishioners,
     Happy 2nd Sunday of Advent.  May this Holy season prepare our hearts, minds, and souls to welcome Jesus more deeply into our lives.  Jesus is our everything; and we are blessed to be His chosen people for we have faith in Him.  Jesus, we love You; and Jesus we trust in You.  As we are decorating the outside of our church for Christmas, let us and our loved ones also start preparing our homes to celebrate Jesus’ birthday.  This coming Wednesday, December 8th, is the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary.  It’s a Holy Day of obligation with Masses at 12 noon and 5pm in English, and with the Vietnamese Mass at 6:30pm.  Please make plans for you and your family to attend Holy Mass in our church or in another Catholic church to fulfill your obligation.  Honoring the Blessed Virgin Mary and asking for her intercessions are obligations for us all.  Holy Mary, pray for us sinners, Fr.
