"Church, Parents, Parish, School-Forming disciples of Christ and faithful Stewards"
A bit about our School...
In the Beginning:
In 1946, The Bishop of the Diocese of Wichita, Bishop Winkelman, requested that Fr. Joseph Fischer establish a parish in Southeast Wichita. On August 25, 1948, the new church was dedicated and the Adorers of the Blood of Christ convent was constructed to house 9 sisters. They were assigned to greet and teach the 390 students who attended the first school registration in October of 1948. The school continued to grow rapidly with 590 students enrolled by September 5, 1950 and reached an all-time high of 850 students in 1954.

The Growing Years:
In February of 1964, Fr. Hertel arrived as the second pastor of All Saints and began plans to construct a new school. On September 5, 1967, All Saints students, grade 1-5, began classes in the new building. The dedication of the new gym was held on May 14, 1968. In 1986, Fr. Busch came and further enhanced the curriculum. By the time Fr. Birket arrived in 2000, the academic excellence of the school had fully been embraced. In 2005 All Saints Catholic School was recognized as a Diocesan “Banner School” for academic and faith excellence. All Saints Catholic School has one of the best Science Olympiad programs in the state of Kansas and holds many state championships and appearances at Nationals.  Father Birket led the school and parish until the summer of 2007 until the arrival of the current pastor, Fr. H Setter.

Where We're Going:
Over the years the demographics of All Saints Catholic School have changed and it is now one of the most diverse schools in the diocese. All Saints Catholic School provides an excellent education and seeks, with God’s grace, to form the total person in the image of Christ. All Saints Catholic School with the guidance of the Church and the support of parents and parish, forms students into Disciples of Christ who are academically and spiritually prepared to live as faithful stewards in a diverse world.
