My Dear Parishioners,
This weekend, we will celebrate the Most Holy Trinity. It was Jesus who made known to us the Holy Trinity, of God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Three persons in one Holy God, United and Undivided, who loves all of us eternally. To celebrate the most Holy Trinity is to celebrate the God who is with us, in us and always loving us. Our God is the God of love, even when we are sinners. Please, each day, do your best to live with love for one another, especially for every person in your family. Yes, you can live to love and to share your time, talent, and treasure with each other. If today you could live in peace and with love for each other, you will always have each other on earth as it will be in heaven. Looking ahead, next weekend, June 18th & 19th we will celebrate Father’s Day weekend. Please make your preparations to celebrate this weekend full of love for your parents and family, especially your dad. As a family, we need each other, to be loved by them and to love them as God loves us, unconditionally. Recently, I wrote a letter to our Bishop, inviting him to join our church family for a holy and fun day at All Saints on Saturday, October 8. The plan is to celebrate this year of the Eucharist with a Eucharistic procession along with the statue of our Lady of La Vang around our church at 4pm, followed by a bilingual Holy Mass, a free dinner (KofC and Altar Society will help), and an outside music concert. Earlier in the day from about 10am-2pm, the school PTO & Council will have fun activities for kids and their families, such as a petting zoo, bouncing house, etc.… Love you all, Fr.
