Fr. Hien's Weekly Letter 01/22/2023

My Dear Parishioners,
     Today, Sunday January 22 is the Vietnamese Lunar new year, the year of the cat.  Everyone is invited to our New Year Mass, in Vietnamese at 10:30am, followed by a dragon dance, handing out lucky money to everyone in a red envelope, a reception with games and karaoke in the parish hall. Please know that the expenses for this event and all the Vietnamese related events at All Saints are sponsored by generous donors and from the Vietnamese 10:30am Mass stipends donation.  On a personal note, thank you to all those who always support me with your love, prayer and remembering me during the Christmas season.  Last Sunday, I was able to open and read my Christmas cards from many of you since the beginning of December.  Thank you! Yes, we have been having a lot of things/maintenance going on in our school, church, and rectory as well.  However, thank you a million for all that you have done for me and given me, especially your love and momentary gifts.  I truly appreciated all that you have done for me.  I am here to love and to do what I can for our church and school, and above all, for the salvation of all souls.  Love you all, Fr.
